The mismanagement of the Green/Poole situation occurred before the punch was ever thrown. There was tension in the locker room because several players were up for extension and there wouldn't be enough for multiple players to get their max contracts. And there was various reports on how Jordan Poole was was behaving and how a lot of the Warrior players were tired of his attitude. A coach should have been between Poole and Green as soon as they started yapping.

@@MarkPerchatsch well just like the ray rice footage this footage was sold to tmz. So I guess you could say tmz leaked it but them not knowing who on staff handed over the footage for a payday. Because it matters more, fights happen all the time (info from former players), but you leak that information it becomes a lot worst for everyone. Fans/Opponents taunting you, business opportunities, need for revenge, tons of stuff that will haunt you your whole life. A contained incident is far better for everyone, as long as it was settled properly.
