Have u had ur back looked at? I had back issues for a long time. Dr's kept wanting to do CT & MRI scans ot give me pain meds. I finally found a different Dr & at first I didn't take his suggestion seriously. He suggested a reduction of my chest. I put it in the back of my mind for several more years untill I was 34 & couldn't take it anymore. I had the reduction & it pretty much fixed the issue.

This was my step mums issue too….she had major back issues and was told she needed to decrease her breast size to help. She did and has not had issues since. Could this be your issue ?

My best friend had the reduction, and she was ready. It's a lot to consider, very personal choice.

I have went to the doctor and they are suggesting physical therapy since my xray came back normal..... I think I just need to lose weight maybe

Just so you know you need to put the Icy Hot Stuff on hours before a shower and after Or just put it on after your shower. Cuz if you put it on and take a shower it’s kinda useless cuz you washed it off

@@jjtime oh okay that makes sense lol. I thought you put it on a bit before you took a shower. Does it help you. Or not much. I used it sometimes for my knee. But I have a tear in my knee where you have a cushion in your knee. So it stopped working for me. I also deal with chronic back pain too and that sucks. So if you or Jon have any ideas on what might be good for that. I would love it. Btw tell Leon And Theo they are handsome little guys and tell Leon, that he’s such an amazing and smart little guy. And tell Odessa if I spelt that right. Bad with spelling of names haha. Tell her she’s an absolute sunshine and joy to watch grow and she’s such a beautiful little girl.

Wow, this was a really a wonderful video! You all had me smiling from the beginning to the end. Leon really loves watching his shows. It makes him so happy! And you have a real live cookie monster! Oh my that blue guy would have to chase your cookie monster down. I' m glad to say I think Theo would eat all the cookies before the blue monster could get them. Ha Ha. And what can I say about your little Strawberry Girl. She's the cutest thing since sliced bread! Oh, don't forget her banana's! And don't you fret none!
