Why Knife Disarms Won't Work!

This might be one of the largest misconceptions in martial arts. Knife disarms simply don't work and gun disarms aren't much better. The fact is that most of us have been desensitized by movies and other martial artists performing these disarms on cooperative "opponents" (partners would be more accurate) and have forgotten the reality of the situation.
