I still can walk & now my left leg & foot has feeling again. Now for that water tub I told Lester to use that bearclaw bath tub from ISS as water tub being cast iron heavy cows an't going to flip it around. But if you're going to be there every day or Lester in evening yes just fill then shut that water off. Again thanks for prayers recovery 4 to 6 weeks slow walks no lifting climbing bending it sucks but if I want to get back to most normal slow & methodical. GB ♥️ y'all stay safe & take care. Morning Jami - How cute it was to drive up upon the older residents of the neighborhood checking out their new neighbors who just moved in across the street, lol. I think at one time in his past Grampa has felt the love of a humans touch, but I feel Duke and Daisy never have - and even though they may not miss something they have never felt and then lost, my heart still feels sad for them that they don’t know that touch and I know they aren’t alone, there are other horses somewhere out there just like them, but I so wish all horses felt the love and care and true connection that you have for them. That would make this world, just a little more perfect, wouldn’t it? It would be nice if the longhorns stopped wanting to make mud puddles for their kids to jump in, 😊 and I hope you have a wonderful day Jami....💕☺️

@stilllearning8360 Hi friend! ☺️ I do hope this message finds you well. I know there have been some fires out on the west coast again this year, after a year of such intense fires last year, I hope it’s never impacted you. My heart hurts for those that it has and those fires touching the land which holds the most gorgeous part of Canada is painful to see the aftermath of, as well. All provinces have their appeal, but yours holds the most exquisite beauty, by far. It’s always a brighter day when I see one of your comments and I miss when I’m not able to find one of your uplifting and always kindly worded comments that are keenly so very *you* You are thought of in high regard, by many here and I know it will be wonderful to meet up with you again with under another comment section. Until then always take care, Janice...💕☺️
@purepoison61824 күн бұрын
@joycejohnson7640 Hi Joyce. I can’t say I understand the ‘why’ either, but sometimes unforeseen events happen in life and I don’t want to judge. Grampa, Duke and Daisy all look in relatively good health and they have one another. It would be much harder to watch a lone horse, as they are herd animals. My daughter has horses and although they are not my “soul” animal as they are my daughters and Jami’s, (my soul belongs to dogs) through the years of watching and being around horses, I see them as being truly intuitive creatures, who sense what their person is feeling, they are extremely intelligent animals and have memories like that of an elephant. They are amazing animals, who I wish all felt the warmth of a humans heart and loving touch. As far as Lester and Jami buying them, I think Lester and Jami are probably at their limit as far as all they have on their plate right now, with the upkeep and care of all the animals they now have, plus the repair of the spillway and all the washed out land at LHL’s and also trying to squeeze in a trip to ISS when time allows for it. I feel Jami will never stop trying to get to know her ‘neighbors’ and with her gentle touch and the natural horse sense and instincts Jami was born with, she may win over those who reside next door. Sorry about the length of my comment, but I do hope you have a wonderful day....☺️
@stilllearning836024 күн бұрын
@@purepoison618 My dear internet friend!! So great to “see” you 🙂 Fortunately no fires super close but it’s certainly been devastating for many here! I’ve felt so sad watching the fires in Canada too!! I honestly agree California is one of the more beautiful places on earth and grew up knowing I was extremely lucky to live here. It’s been heartbreaking to see what politics have done to our state over the last 25 years…now making it a place many flee from despite its beautiful landscape and weather!! However every time I learn of the devastation from floods and especially tornadoes, I know I’m still blessed in terms of weather. I pray that before my time here is done, I will see California under new management!! My grandchildren deserve much better than the state we’re in now! (Sorry for my rant…as you can tell, it’s something that surely weighs on my mind.) Thank you for your kind comment about my comments lol. But, my dear, YOU are the queen 👸. I literally search every time with great anticipation…happily noting that Jami and/or Lester have often already hearted your comment that day. Your compassion and empathy are so obvious with each word and your descriptions often bring an additional light to what we just watched. I absolutely cracked up at your response a few days ago to “Dr. Rick” comparing his work schedule to Lester’s. I saved it and I’ve read it to several family members …🤣 I so enjoyed that you quickly called him on his self-promotion!! You know, as I do, that there’s so much to love about Jami and Lester‘s videos. As such, I will forever be puzzled by the negativity. I really truly can’t understand it. I can kind of understand with other creators because there ARE some things you see that are quite shocking, (although even then I RARELY comment) but not with Jami and Lester! Anyway, sorry for the long response. A little anxious about a dentist appointment in 20 minutes 🤣 so this was a good way to pass the time while I waited. Thank you and as always, stay exactly the way you are because you are a very bright light in this community and we all appreciate you so much!!!!! 🌺💜🌼Janice

Lester needs to get a trough just a bit longer. As I mentioned before in his comments that the bison guy puts his water trough half way under the fence so bison can't break auto fill. But his trough is longer and the bison can't reach the auto filler. AT ALL. So the troughs need to be longer, so fill can't be reached! Anything they can reach with their horns can be damaged!!
