JLB Cheetah is a great durable basher! I have both the gen1 and gen2 120a esc on both. Its really fast and really fun. Driving it in a big open space is highly recommend due to the super fast speed right out of the box.

I have a VKAR Bison which is essentially a Helion 10TR so parts are easy to come by especially in the UK. There is a lot of interest in both of these trucks with Facebook groups etc. They both have their faults but as you say Jake they are well priced.

Derren Mead I've thought about buying the vkar but a lot of people reported that the spur and pinion gear stripped out on running a bigger batterie so that why I like This jlb cheetah it has metal gears and it's the same as the bison but better

Great video, awesome car.... Would your preference be more the electrical cars over the nitro... I want to get a decent 1/10 or 1/8 car in the same style as this one but I really can't decide between the two ... The awesome but loud sound of the nitro with it's easy refuel... But then more maintenance and careful minding if the engine... versus the Easy use clean plug and play of the electrical version... With the convenient quite but uninspiring motor... You obviously need spare expensive batteries. Vs refuelling nitro and filters ect and constant tinkering... What's your thoughts?

If you cant buy parts locally that bothers us. It would be awesome if they could use rpm or other aftermarket products. Nice rig, they may make most of their money on parts ? Only time will tell. You should take everything apart and go over every part in detail . Do timelapse. Would be fun🏎💨💨💨💨👍😎 Throw proline Sand Paws on it and skip across puddles You can make stuff water resistant ( clear leak sealer spray or silicone rubber over areas. or goop or shoe goo. ( or dont get it wet)

nice video. but 250 pounds plus customs duty... I paid 256 euro for JLB and that's great but no one speaking about how much fee you need to pay... its 80 euro!! 330 euro plus the RC is completely not waterproof 😁😁😁 that's the reality. rest is perfect body shocks motor is super strong. but esc servo receiver not even splash proof.

baught a jlb cheetah used it once stopped using it because the battery died or wouldn't go anymore so i assumed. Charged the battery put it on and the car turns on and off by itself. When i turn it on it will only turn and will no go forward or reverse. Help??

Hi Jake :) I recently have had some problems with my rc car. A Latrax Teton were the rear wheels are not spinning and the car is only front wheel drive now :( Do you know any reason why this may be?

Smash N Crash if it has a center diff u may have locked up the back wheels somehow which causes only front wheels to spin. That's what I think

I notice you seem to always charge your lipo's at 4.0 amps. Is that just for the higher mah Lipos or do you 4 amp charge even say 2200 mah Lipos and if so what's the life expectancy from high amp charging. I have read the the new lithium ion can be charged at just about any charge rate chosen. I'm currently charging mine off the turnigy accucel 6 at 2.0 amps even though I've tried all the way up to 4.4 amps with good results. Just want sure about the longevity of charging that fast all the time. Maybe ok just for when your in a hurry hey...

I charge a 2200mah pack with 2.2A or less and a 5000mah pack with 5A or less. If I'm in a hurry I sometimes charge my 5000mah with 7A
