Definitely a go to place, only other place close to there is called Pho Cali in Egg Harbor Township just up the road. The other dish you should have tried is "bo nuong la lut" grilled beef in grape leaves. The other meat is you were questioning is a garlic marinated pork, that is usually grilled (nem nuong". Very good food there.

Stopped by today with my girl. It was awesome. We got the shrimp spring rolls, the shrimp and pork pancake, and 2 bowls of soup. A very good and reasonably priced.

I was told the bean spouts are really to help cool it down and give a crunch because they don’t have much flavor. Because they use such hot broth to cook the meat, it never cools down. I saw an OG bring his own scissors to cut the noodles to make the soup easier to eat.

That's the best treat after a chilly round is a nice big bowl of pho..The best of places put beef meatballs in their dac biet..most places don't but i dont mind paying a lil extra for em..gives it that chewy texture..💚✌🏽

Bro the OG way! I agree with putting Sriracha & Hoisin sauce in a separate side dish now that I'm older. Nowadays I prefer to have my broth clear of lots of sauces. I mainly throw in chilli oil & tons of veggies in my kathiew/pho

Chili oil aka Sate Sauce is a must for my pho. I like sriracha and and Hoisin sauce in my pho as well. The combination of the pho broth with the sauces is a banger imo. I can’t imagine eating them separately.

Oh, I can't believe you found this place! It's WAY off the beaten path. I thought it was my wife's and my secret! Wait, I think I suggested it a while ago. We love the pho and the vermicelli dishes. Next time try the pennyroyal drink and a broken rice dish. The supermarket next door is awesome, too, if you need some Asian ingredients.

The trick is to ask them to stream the bean sprouts, and get the meat on the side. Then you control all the parameters.

Definitely the OG way is to separate the sauce from the soup. I kind of cringe when people pour a ton of, sauce in you can if you want though. I just enjoy the clean flavor of the broth when I eat a soup.
