Japanese company why they expected fluently speaking Japanese language, who pass the JLPT exam, we don't have opportunity to speak and until interact with Japanese people.. I lose interest to study Japanese because I have N3 due to not fluently speaking they rejected me

N3 is good but communication skills is what matters most. Your grammar doesn't have to be perfect. It just needs to flow. It would be difficult to keep up after all in the real world if you can't speak the language.

When things are done in some ways in Japan, it's difficult to change 'em. This is not America.
