Big Boy No 4014 Steam Locomotive in Texas October 9th, 2024

We went to Ft Worth to see Big Boy at the train station on Sunday 10-13. As it pulled into sight a freight train that had been sitting and idling for an hour on a parallel track started up and blocked the view of Big Boy for the entire time. We heard the whistle but only saw pieces of it between the freight train cars. The were about 100 people there and lots of kids. It seemed like the freight train did it on purpose. We had planned our trip around this and left very disappointed. Shame on the freight train!
