Great video as always. Love the "made it before flight sim came out joke". The cost per hour numbers surprised me though. I think the left hand column should've been 50/100/200 hours though, not 100/200/400. As shown, the costs per hour are double what they should be when using the fixed/variable numbers from the previous graphic.

Still waiting for that Risen 915/Superveloce video! Very similar concept, better airplane than JMB, IMO. Outrageous performance, efficiency, comfort and safety. And it’s only $150k!

Insurance? The whole point of the chute is that you have the dire existential option to pull it, and thereafter the insurance company owns the plane.

You have to repack it even if you don't deploy it. The chute and rocket must be replaced individually and at different intervals.

I am curious how the insurance cost is calculated. Based on hull value alone the number quoted seems very low. Sling TSi owners are getting sticker shock with quotes approaching 5 figures due to the small number in production.

The price of a 915 with a TBO of 1200 hours is a BIG negative. I'd much rather stay lower and just get a 912S with a 2000 hour TBO. I also live at lower altitude, though.
