The version with Charice is good, she sings beautifully, but Alexandra's voice has so much more power and soul. This version, as far as I'm concerned is way better because of Alexandra. She's got one of the best voices I've ever heard.

When I compare Alexandra version and Charice version I can't deny that Alexandra voice is matching with Bruno.. They have the same strength.. The Charice versions is softer, but I prefer this one. Alexandra & Bruno voice is blended well^^..

I just listened to both Alexandra's and Charice's version... and Charice did sing it very well, alot of power and kept it current... but Alexandra's sound is so much more soulful... Charice made it Pop and current, Alexandra made it an ballad anthem with an edge... I think Alexandra's version has that curious factor, to keep you coming back.

The very first time I heard this song (Alexandra's demo), I already thought that this song fits Charice's voice..... I never expected her (Charice) to sing this but I want her voice on this. I was surprised that Bruno Mars gave this song to her! And it was WOW! And oh! I love both versions BTW.... Both are great singers in their own ways. Hoping for a collaboration in the near future :)

Finally found the original version. Not even in Spotify. What nonsense. This was much better than Charice's version. I don't hate Charice. She's a great treasure to Filipinos. I just hope my fellow kababayans still adored the same person when he is now Jake Zyrus instead of being bunch of hypocrites. I also just hate the time when every song has to have her version when we're not even sure if Charice/Jake was enjoying it still or just being plainly exploited for money.

This song was written and produced by Bruno Mars...AB recorded first with Bruno but it wasn't released... for some reason Bruno decided to go with Charice and he produced it with her to be released... which is now an official version and Charice's newest single...

@everyone: just because AB recorded it first doesn't mean she's made it popular. Apparently this was never included in Ms. Burke's album. This happens more often than not. Like Paula Abdul made a demo for "Can't Get You Out Of My Head" before Kylie made it popular. Mary J. Blige's demo for "Umbrella" before Rihanna shoot it to #1. Charice's version is about to be heard (in full on the 18th). We'll find out whether she's able to crack the Billboard 100 again with this Bruno Mars produced song.

brilliant duo. the huskiness of Alexandra's voice contrasts really well with Bruno's. Reason it was not released (just guessing) is that Simon Cowell was busy making the way clear for one direction and Cher because Alex left him round about the same time after getting fed up with waiting longer that 6 months to release her album. in other words Simon saw bigger $ signs with 1D. Sadly he was right. BUT i hope he makes it up to her

I just watched Alexandra Burke's ustream and from what she said, Bruno initially wrote the song for Alex, but it didn't make it on her album, so it went to Charice. This is exactly what I've been saying for weeks. Alexandra's version was not a demo for Charice. Alex didn't even know who Charice was prior to finding out that the song her label didn't want end up going to someone else. Those are the facts, chasters, so please stop making up lies to make Charice look good, because it's not working.
