@theofficialchriscraig3 жыл бұрын
Yes... it’s a Mariah Carey singing tip that she uses and even Kelly Price learned it too when she was singing backup. BUT... Mariah does a softer H so you don’t hear it as much (not really supposed to according to Kelly). That’s the difference ... for a breathy tone. JHUD is talented though.. I’m a big fan of all those divas.

The harmony of siblings is amazing because you hear the different sounds and nuances of the same underlying voice.

Hain't no way and fAh me to love you. Is that Midwestern migrated accent from the south. If you notice, when she talks she says fah instead of for, foe instead of four. I'm originally from Gary Indiana, and she's from Chicago, we speak the same Midwestern dialect. That twang you here in her singing is Urban Midwestern. Before I moved to New York and my accent was altered a little bit over more than 10 years, everyone used to ask me to repeat myself when I said the word car in my dialect pronounced Cah. I love how we all speak the same language, but depending on where we are our dialects are almost another language. And I love when those accents get caught up in the singing.
