I'm happy of the initiative but I still respect President Mangope's strategy. Police were not allowed to be on the same area for long. One would work at Ga-Rankuwa for six months and be transferred to another place for policing hence they never became corrupt. Being at same area for long makes them to collaborate with the criminals and they themselves turn to be criminals bcos she/he is employed at home, knows everyone and every corner of the area.
