Good video. I thought maybe it was a little fast for a curious new to 3D scanning people to follow. Might give them an idea of what is happeuing and ideas of other things they can research to better inform themselves of the best way to use it.

The alignments don't work on Mac. I don't have the option tp drag one of the scans to the box like you did 2:10

tested with windows on intel i5 (2018) with 8gb ram and runs fine. Render time is half the speed of a 2020 M1 macbook air. Don't know about the connector, should be able to operate stand alone. I purchased the scanner and not the ios connector yet, I still can't find the ios app to test an install...

Absolutely beginner need step by step, not speed talking with no instruction..

The user experience and interface design for this scanner is absolutely terrible. The help guide built in to JM-studio says to click things that do not exist and uses terms for buttons that are labelled differently to what appear in the software. This video tutorial is woefully inadequate, too fast and no information on possible things that might cause problems. Honestly it is hard to understand how you have created this hardware and software and have put basically NO effort into making it easy to use. I have paid a lot of money for this equipment and in no way is it as user friendly as you pretend it is in videos like these. An utter UI/UX fail. Whoever is in charge of your UI/UX development needs firing because this is straight up preschool levels of effort.
