Nowadays only Deemed universities are good, more dynamic course curriculum, better facilities and better staff. In Govt there are reservations and also staff work like in govt offices. Same subject taught till retirement with chalk on black board. Govt collages student groups, political groups, old syllabus, broken furniture, lab equipment won't work. Only benefit in govt is less fee. Most students self study.

Sir i truly agree with you that CBIT-CSE,IT branches are the best ever options for every student...In the 1st phase i.got cse in VNR but i wasn't satisfied..Fortunetely I have got an IT seat in cbit by the grace of jesus christ..
