Laid Back Luxe I recently ventured out after 4 months in lockdown in London and the first shop I went to was Jo Malone. I bought the big Lime, Basil and Mandarine candle and they gave me really generous 15ml samples of the Myrrh and Tonka and Tuberose Angelica body cremes. They really didn’t have to do that, amazing customer service 👍🏻

@@missdoglover1644 I agree I have only been to two stores on in Liverpool (it was their grand opening) and one in Florence and they both had excellent customer service. Lime and basil is one of my favorite scents! It is was lured me into the brand 😄

Laid Back Luxe if only all stores had the same level of customer service, I’d spend a lot more! Because of the sample they gave me I have ordered a full size Myrrh & Tonka Creme. It smells amazing, I can’t stop smelling myself 🤣🤣🤣
