I’ve been using JoPo thumbs since about June, never had any issue. Honestly I didn’t even get a back up until about two weeks ago and I never needed one. Such a dope system.

I totally agree. I forgot I had backup been so use to using my “favorite ones” and my fingers were a little swollen before a tournament almost panicked lol

I made the switch to JoPo and I wish I had done it a lot longer before. IMO the best system ever with positive locking system!

I had the switch grip years ago but switched them out after it broke a couple of times during league. I've been using the IT system every since.

I just got my 1st jopo. I'm 6'3", 279 and can't get the doggone thing out. Are you using the tool?
@shanenorthrop196911 ай бұрын
I had to buy the tool because I felt like I was going to break my thumb getting it out. Guy at pro shop had no problem getting it out with his thumb lol
@DarkCloudsBowling10 ай бұрын
Yes! I have the tool now. I have some balls that’s easier to get out but the newer balls haven’t gotten the kinks out yet so it’s a bit tough. I use it as needed so to say. Not all the time but it’s definitely good for that just in case moment.

@@DarkCloudsBowling I feel ya. From a couple of the review videos, guys just twist it out so easily. I thought mine was defective. I got the tool a few days ago. Thanks for your input

@@DarkCloudsBowling I was thinking of lubing mine a bit to see if it would make it easier to get out but I have the tool so not really necessary I guess

Definitely love it! Had some issues at a tournament and that was because I didn’t change over two balls 🤦🏽♀️ shame on me. But best believe everything had the same thumb now

Never had an issue with my thumb swelling or it not feeling the same between balls. It must be common for people's thumbs to change sizes during bowling but I never have had any issues and it saves me money at the pro-shop.
@DarkCloudsBowling10 ай бұрын
Yes. It’s a very common thing. You’re one of the lucky ones. That definitely saves you a bunch of money as it pertains to your thumbs
@heartfanjim017 ай бұрын
Same here. I can go from one ball to another without any issues. I kie to open the thumb hole enough to allow white tape to be used. I like it for grip. My thumb gets a little slick because I wash my hands a lot at work. The white textured tape allows me to put minimal pressure on the thumb to hold onto the ball.

They do have a diffent feel. The Jo Po is a little smoother in my opinion.

JoPo is a far better system and the grips don't sand your thumb with the abrasive crap made by turbo

Yes I haven’t had any issues with it yet and you’re right the material it’s made from is softer

Yelp, the IT is better because it does not require a lot of turns to get it locked in. The switch grip is known to break.

The IT system in not good. I used to use the IT system for over 5 years, and I had plenty of issues and a few broken Ball It inside the ball. JoPo is so much better! All the pro shops in my area went to the JoPo system because it's just a better product! @@paulmardis1512
