Jo Retired from singing in the late 60's. Here, her voice is still smooth & so easy on the ears. I want so badly to go back to '61. all we worried about then, was WW#, & nuclear war. What an easy time it was. --------------------MJL, 75 y/o

Listen to this -----------& I go back to hearing this album on our Hi-Fi , which at the time, seemed like the coolest thing ever invented. -------------Jo's note-perfect & honey-toned soprano was a real rarity, & today, even more so.

I have this album, & I love the updated versions of Jo's hits, with of course, Husband Paul Weston. This version is 13 seconds longer than the '52 version on Columbia. ------------Either version is music heaven, & as Mr Sinatra said, " Folks, you can wait around & hope, but you'll not see or hear the likes of this, ever again. Know how you feel. I remember listening to this voice as a young boy growing up on a small Caribbean island. Made me feel safe then, and that everything would be alright.
