Robert Johnson would be proud of Joan Armatrading's guitar playing here. As usual, Joan turns in one of her finest performances. Some artists can't even sing and play this well multi-tracked in a studio and Joan's live in front of an audience. The moods she sets through her many wonderful songs are little miracles. Never saw a bad Joan Armatrading performance. So, tell me. Why isn't Joan seen more on American television? Go ahead, tell me. I'll wait. You too PBS.

Was enjoying the magic of Joan at the Swan High Wycombe, guess what, the town power went out,talk about being disappointed.We only saw her do 3 numbers but I tell you what she is better than ever.Will find out where she is on to catch this magic again.
