These people like Joan Baez, Richie Havens and many others who performed in Woodstock `69 were not only great musicians, but also, and perhaps most importantly, were brave people. Remember the speech Baez made prior her performance. Uplifting, encouraging ! It seems that she holds my hand when I'm afraid to walk further and continue on my path .

why? what is it you don't like? if you don't like this type of singing that's one thing, but to just say its "crap" for no reason is stupid. I hate country music, I appreciate the talent it takes to preform country, but I just don't like the music. There is a difference!

Good voice, but the song does not work at all when sung like this. Too shrill, and lacking rythm. Not knowing music, I can only say that the Johnny Cash version sounds much much much better. Hooray for Johnny
