She was at a restaurant where a friend of a friend of mine was a waiter. He brought her Cherries Jubilee for dessert but spilled it all over her ample décolleté. She looked shocked at first but eventually looked up and started laughing! She was such a good sport! Years later he was a waiter at another restaurant she frequented. That's true of almost every video on here. I think the longer the video, the more money the creator can make off of it. Most are a waste of time.

Not a mention of her role on "Dynasty"? That's probably where most people (at least outside of England) know her from.

Sammy Joe and Paige Vanessa were enemies in dynasty, poor Dame Collins had a very difficult time with those younger ladies trying to control her (using a vintage version of body shaming) by dressing more extravagant type outfits and having fresh hairstyles each month, Dame Collins felt those younger women suffered with jealousy towards her which I think was true, poor Dame Collins suffered a lot at the dynasty studios during the 80's , it took almost 40 years for her to speak out about this awful situation!

Oh, please, it is not Dame Collins, it can only be Dame Joan.

America view of Joan’s and Harry Belafonte relationship…..there was very little racial problems in the UK, even in the ‘50’s…..don’t think everything in the US was the same in the UK !

The man who wanted Joan offered Reed "10,000 Euros"? Back in the 1950s it would have been British pounds sterling, as neither the European Union nor its Euro currency existed.
