@@SuperWolsey Well this happened in 1993. Beauty and the Beast premiered in 1991. And Belle and Beast presented at the Oscar's in 1992. So Snow definitely stole the look from Belle because Belle is far superior and Snow's original dress is tacky.

I don't blame poor Mary Kay Bergman for this, she was just a struggling actress doing a job and wouldn't you feel honored to voice Snow White? I blame Jeffrey Katzenberg, not for any deliberate malicious intent, but for a lack of sensitivity. It would have been a wonderful crowning achievement for Adriana Caselotti, who was still active and melodious in 1992, to be able to voice the character that put feature animation on the map at the Oscars. I also blame whoever did the animation, that did NOT match the Disney standards.
@AndrewsMagicandMore6 жыл бұрын
Unownshipper What's interesting is that Adriana was the only voice personnel for the film that had lived through all the film's theatrical releases in America from the film's 1937 premiere through the first digital remaster in 1993; she died in the year 1997 when the film was to turn 60 years old

Snow White looks absolutely beautiful. I love her white gown and it is very similar to Belle's except Belle's gown is yellow. She wears a tiara instead of a red bow on her hair. Snow White is one of my favourite Disney princeses along with Aurora, Ariel, Belle and Jasmine. Anyway good evening from Ireland 🇮🇪

This was a good idea for the show, but she sounds nothing like the original. Plus, I read that this was the last time the academy ever used snow white because while editing this clip before the awards, the character had froze in mid sentence before saying the winner. If you listen to that particular part, you'll hear a sort of glitch in the speech as she says the winner.

I can tell and hear that does not sound like Disney's Snow White voice at all. Guess maybe made her older like Cinderella instead of her original (which it what I like better), but will somebody please tell me who voiced her in here, It might be Adrianna Caselotti in her old age, or maybe Mary Kay Bergman.

Someone said she was pretty upset she didn’t get to voice Snow here… Imagine being literally known as the actual voice of a character for years and get completely screwed over out of nowhere having someone else just dub the character, and she was still around back then! She should of done it… :/ C’mon Disney, really? I mean I know Mary tried but she doesn’t sound anything like the character…
