Hi Mr. Washington, it’s difficult for European customers to deal with this topic, because especially the huge jewelry houses claim, that they are sticking to the Kimberly process certification. It should be a guarantee, that none of the sold diamonds is a blood diamond. Would you say, it’s not reliable? Can you say why? Your information would certainly be spread and provide the customers and the retailers with the responsibility to make a decision. In my opinion, the shameful history of exploiting African countries must be put to an end. It is an abominable way of producing goods with a background that leads to grief, misery and unspeakable inhuman behavior and I personally would like to know, whether customers are cheated with a diamond certifications that doesn’t accomplish, what they should do, avoiding the violation against people and responsible sourcing of the stones.

If only people would know a diamond is worth nothing at all Hollywood gave a value to that tiny rock. They also have way too much of them. That s why the need that building so they can release the amount of stones without messing up supply ans demand... and the price.
