Joanna On Her "Bubble" vs. Weili

Zhang Weili and Joanna Jedrzejczyk created an instant classic in the Strawweight title bout at UFC 248, but that was only part of the story after the fight. Jedrzejczyk fought most of the bout with a large hematoma on her forehead that concerned everyone watching. In an interview a few weeks after the fight, even Joanna admitted to being worried about the injury while fighting but continued despite the pain the hematoma caused. I actually agree - I thought Joanna outfought her in 3 rounds - but the 2 rounds Weili won she did so much more damage overall. Very close fight but on points I give it to JJ. No doubt about rematch though so it is all history. Plus, the first fight was so close I didn't have a problem with either one winning. It was close.
