I actually cannot believe how much stronger your handstand has got. That’s insane!!!

I'm not a handstand expert but as a ballet teacher I know a little about balance. I notice that when you're trying to balance in your handstand your right foot isn't as pointed as your left and you're likely not symmetrical down from your foot to your hand. Balancing is easier if you're holding the muscles on each side of your body the same. For instance it's much easier to balance on point shoes if your hips are level with each other. Hope that made sense and sorry for butting in.

Wowza! I am sooooo massively impressed by your accomplishments! You are an inspiration, and your determination helps me in my own (quite different) personal goal(s). You are improving so much! I'm almost 72 and I can't tell you how proud I am of you! Thank you for helping me on a very difficult day :)

Jay your perseverance is so inspiring. I look at your handstand progress with envy as my wrist strength has deteriorated so much (chronic fatigue). Everything you do shows improvement: pose, strength, flexibility, understanding. Re: holding your breath, maybe do some sessions where the goal is not how long you hold a handstand but how much you can relax into it, breathing deeply.

I love following your handstand journey! ❤ So refreshing among all the "learn how to handstand in 1 day" videos! I'm myself about the same level with HS with you (PB maybe 11 sec but not consistent) Let's go for 1 minute this year 🏆 btw loved your idea of seeing how many attemps it takes to 1 minute total - I'm totally trying it tomorrow!

For me I think the hardest part when trying a long handstand is to breathe and to be upside down with all the blood flooding to the head 😵 Good work 👏🏼 I think Ash should teach you how to bail into a forwards roll, it makes it much less scary to balance bc youre not scared to fall over

I heard one of the better practices for your handstand would be to “look through the top of your head, not your face”
@patchoulidance9 ай бұрын
What does that mean please? Look where?
@RagingPhoenix166619 ай бұрын
@@patchoulidance Joanna is looking at the floor with her whole face, if she straightens he neck and looks at the floor like trying to look through the top of her head she would have more balance

Why didn't you name this video Jays handstands instead of what you did? 80% of the video was the handstands and if it would of said that i wouldn't of clicked so the trust that was there is not and i hope i'm being dramatic like you and ash are really good at. PEACE LOL
