Ellis could have missed his calling as a circus acrobat. Luke looked so sweet doing girlie jumps at getting it right. Nile nearly lost his future children. Ash the power ball and Joanna with the most chuffed smile at completion of each move, awesome xx

Ex-high school gymnast here (1973-4). You have made tremendous progress in the past year! Great going! You are so close on your hip circles. When I did them, I felt like the weight of my feet led my body weight around the bar. It was kind of a timing and mechanical thing. I think focusing on this technique could help you to finally get hip circles. Have you tried one from up on the bar? Cast away from the bar, and when you hit it, allow your feet to lead you around. Hip circles aren’t strength moves, they are timing moves.
