The improvement is so obvious, Joanna. Your full body control is evident in all the work you are doing, not only in gymnastics but your cheering as well! Great video for Boxing Day!😍

I think my fav part was her Big Bro Nile saying "Oh Yeah" with genuine pride at 12:34. Ash you're a beast, Stoney you're a beast, Nile........ beast on Ice and J, just graduated to beast also.

Okay, Joanna needs a motivational channel. I want to see how her organization works in her brain and learn from it ❤

I coach gymnastics myself and I’ve always struggled with teaching handstands. I will definitely be checking out this program to help my students like Ashley helps you!

You've made so much progress with your tenacity and determination. And Ash is a great coach. If I wasn't so old, I might try the Ash handstand techniques myself.

Hey Jay, just a thought about some future content. What about the squad demonstrating modified versions of some of their favourite training exercises? A video for people who have wrist/shoulder issues and then one for knee/ankle issues? I would certainly love that!

Yes Jay!!!! For one day that is some INSANE improvement! And even if the time didn't change as much as you had hoped, your form was practically perfect in the 4 second one. :))

EEEEEEEEEEEEE! That was so cool to see the progression. Definitely don't feel bad that it wasn't held longer in the end, you did an amazing job especially when you can see the progress side by side.

Joanna your progress is amazing and all your hard work is definitely paying off in many aspects with your flexibility,strength, and ability to do so many new skills over the last year and even more so over last few months. I wish that there had been coaches and teachers like Ashley and the others who work in the gym when I was a child because the technique they are using now would have probably helped me to learn how to do the various gymnastics skills I desperately wanted to learn. I would gladly take adult classes if I hadn’t suffered spinal cord injuries that make it impossible for me now. I am lucky to be able to stand up for 10 minutes or walk more than 20 feet before the pain becomes to much plus my legs can suddenly give out without any warning. Not fun and definitely not how I pictured my life.

I think Stoney found the key to unlock the sale of a billion handstand programs- each one needs to come with your very own "in-person" Ash. 😉😉😉

How can someone do this at home without all the mats and curved boards etc?
@a_921 Жыл бұрын
If you are strong enough not to fall on your head, you can go straight for the kick up against the wall-version. I did it when I was younger and stronger (I only stayed "up" for one or two seconds though :p )
