I love the paper towel idea! When I wash my drapes, I hang them right away from the washer onto the the rods. Then they dry in place.

We have a lot of deep earthly tones in our house so we went with a gray. I am also and Architectural Designer and I spec out a lot of this flooring because ta so great and worth the money.

You can actually hang the curtains wet and they will dry in place and it will help with wrinkles too. Works the same for shower curtains as well.

I do the same about paper towels in the guest bathroom. When company is coming over I put out paper towels (Kleenex hand towels), then bring back out a cloth towel when they leave. I share your thoughts about it entirely! 🤣 Honestly, it totally grosses me out to use a cloth towel somewhere other than home so I would appreciate the paper towels.

We have LVP and absolutely LOVE ours… they’re by Shaw and the color is Almond Oak. Like I said, I love them! They don’t show every speck of dust, dirt, grass like my old dark floors did. They’re a perfect middle ground color!

Brilliant!! I am installing a paper towel holder my guest bathroom !! All bets are off after the pandemic - makes sooooo much safe sense!! PS especially with kids - Who knows what they’ve been touching and playing with - rocks, dogs, turtles - even worse - bugs gross!!! Sorry babe, mirror has to line up with sink !!!! When you were talking about the crazy lighting in your half bath, I realized that your bathroom lights are hung upside down. In a bathroom, the light should point up (that way you don't have dark shade under your eyes when putting on makeup). Over an eating area, the lights should be pointing downward (my in-laws and hubby are in the residential lighting business lol). :)

I’m sure someone from the flooring company told you, but pay attention to the wear layer thickness of your floor. We put in commercial LVP because it has a 20 mil wear layer..typical residential is at least 12 mil.
