Mainly Archae and Eu Old and New 16s rRNA and no 16s rRNA harsh condition and Please help me bacteria Archae eg:- Methanogens, Thermus aquaticus etc Eu eg:- Cyanobacteria, Mycoplasma(no cell wall), actinomycetes :)
