I first listened to these pieces when I was 8. It was an honor for me living in Turina's hometown (Sevilla, Spain) for 5 years, retrace his life and attend all concerts about him by the Seville Royal Symphonic Orchestra, conducted by Pedro Halffter.

I listened to the piano version. With how dynamic and spicy the character of the music is, a full symphonic orchestra is what really makes these dances vibrant.
