Thank you ❤🙏it has been a year almost two beyond my understanding and recently the Lord lead me to read JOB but I was reading it in NKJ version and was difficult to understand.I put it off after chapter 18 and have been wanting to go back to finish. It’s not easy considering I’m still in the “but I trust you “phase and this teaching has helped understand and have peace in my suffering 💕🙏I wasn’t understanding why my family and friends kept blaming me for something I didn’t do and the book of Job has really helped me stand firm in my truth

God is Good my sister “Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm ...” Ephesians 6:13-14

Thanks for another great teaching from the life of Job . God has placed in each of us the knowledge & need for God & Job feels this as he struggles with his plight . I look forward to your other teachings . 👍

I was happy that you have cited Zophar as reformed and I agree with you although I will have a different conclusion. Job is said to be blamess, just and upright. At the same time the book of Job testifies to the depravity of man. There must be balance and both extremes will have to be avoided, to think that we are so blameless that we don't need a Redeemer and to misrepresent total depravity as always sinning to the nth degree as Zophar did and most Reformed. There should be a middle ground somewhere in between. God bless David!
