I have received a Internship job offer for 1 year during my 1st year masters studies here in Norway, The internship requires a 4 year study in my field whereas I have 5 year bachelor study. Hi. Just apply for couple of positions and see how it is going. Usually it may take about 6 months before you know the results.

Norwegian language is extremely important. Of course there is a possibility (10-20%) of getting job in English, most likely it would be for PhD, Data science, data analytics, web design, etc.

Just keep applying for another positions. PhD in Norway is a job and therefore, not always you can get your PhD from the first try. Good luck

Ph.D. in Norway doesn't depend on when you graduated your Master's, so it should be fine. The main focus will be set on your grades and skills.
