Job costing doubles electrical company’s gross profit

So son of general contractor. Dad promised to help me get started in the same business, however it was work all-the-time. The assistance never happened. When I bid on jobs and asked for feedback, it was non-helpful and critical that I could even bid on such a job. If you don’t have supportive people who will help identify and solve your business hurdles set those people aside and get the assistance you need wherever you can find it. These guys might be OK. If what you are doing now is not working it’s not working. 40 years ago such help was not available. I circled back a number of times working for other contractors but never got my own show going. Divorce killed it off entirely. Take the action. Drive your own bus. If people don’t want to go where you intend, stop, open the door and let them off.
