managerial accounting was kicking my butt! i have been stuck in this class for about 2 months now, kept seeing links to your videos from classmates who completed the class successfully and finally decided it couldn't get much worse than what i have been doing up to this point. i must say Mr, YOU ARE A GODSEND!!!!!! i couldn't retain COGS and COGM in 2 months, and i just grasped every single concept including the COGM schedule in under 7 minutes! i thank you so, you are a blessing! managerial accounting final doesn't stand a chance. only math i've ever experienced that didn't bore me half to death. You're a rock-star!!!!!

If products are custom made, you could have the same slide made with vastly different costs - a simple indoor slide vs a rugged outdoor slide vs a premium wood folding slide. A custom shop might have several cost objects to quickly price out the item, made to order. In that case, one project might have several cost objects.

You wrote your PDOH rate as only $4. Shouldn't you have written it as $4/LH or $4/hr so the units can cancel out? My physics professor taught me if you want to check if you have the right answer check your UNITs when cancelling them out.
@Edspira7 жыл бұрын
That is good advice! I'll try to be more careful about tracking the units :)
