@smart its tough to guess all of these cut offs brother, but as far as I know, ins of posts gets filled last in 4600gp range so it's cut off will go much less than that of the other 4600gp posts for every category

No problem. Just state the genuine reasons and it's fine. It's not like the banks where your allowances will be deducted or you'll put to a lower level post. Also , the sales is mostly done by branch post masters and Assistant. The inspector are just to inspect how it is going and report to ASP or SP
