Also due to Workers Council. Each time they hire,company has to get permission from workers council, many times workers council recommend the hiring team to hire local candidate or somebody living in Germany. it’s one of the reason they don’t hire people from abroad unless he/she in Germany

I have been living and working in Germany for over 11 years. Language is key especially for non IT jobs, and learning to speak it well is a commitment, it takes many years the question you have to ask yourself is of it is worth your time

If it is an English speaking job, then definitely English CV is fine. For German adverts, if your cv is in German it definitely creates a good impression

The current situation is not so good. I would suggest you to wait for atleast 3-4 months and then decide. As mentioned in the video, the last quarter of the year is as it is not so sharp in terms of jobs.

If you are in UK and you are getting an English speaking job, I would suggest you to stay there. Germany might seem better but the job market and language gap is quite difficult to be honest

​@@sasi_4395 It is difficult in UK to get jobs .... many many barriers First we need ILR and then SC clearance and every job after applying will ask if you need sponsorship and profile will get filtered out then and there.. I would say 1.5 yrs is still a good time to go get jobs.... try for jobs in both the countries and grab the first opportunity you get.... How ever whatever you do, if you are not in scarcity of money then please don't join the hot jobs like in KFC , Primark, Tesco etc as it will only waste your time as for a short time it will fetch you money but it will waste your time....
