Every activity we do has a skill level from a scale of Beginner to Expert ( Even driving as you mentioned in the example). The beginner will not be familiar about route or road or gear transmission or shortcuts to reach the destination etc etc, whereas the expert driver will know nook and corner of the city, his driving speed and style will make a lot of difference, he goes by his decision and past experiences that he acquired years together, he can cruise through traffic effectively, he can handle vehicle related issues effectively, his time in reaching destination will be effective and efficient, so skill and experience makes a HUGE difference. This applies to any and every jobs if i am not wrong. Apo what makes a job skill based or labour based is purely your interest in doing the job.
