I appreciate your videos, Vince. I am a healthcare worker and I’m concerned about your chronic cough. I obviously don’t know anything about your medical history and I know you say it’s allergies and that you’ve been sick in the past, but I hope that you see your doctor about it. It could be something as simple as changing medication (like some common BP meds cause a cough) or adding a medication (like for GERD), or it could be chronic sinusitis that can easily be treated. It could also be something else. I just want you to feel better.

Hi Vince I feel the same way as Ramona. I'm in negotiation and still working for the defendant; my disability condition got 100% worse, as well as my anxiety and depression; my therapist and Neurogyst Statements prove it. My life turned around in the wrong way: 360 grades. A year passed, and almost every day, I had to face harassment and retaliation from management. The entity I work for is one of the most prominent organizations in NY. My attorney advised me to ask for $150k, but 40% will be taken to pay the attorney plus any taxes. I told him that I wanted $200k in my pocket and a remote position to put his porcentent on top and taxes and make a counter offer something around $360K; my attorney got upset and said to me that I was crazy and that they would never grant me that amount. I need your advice, PLEASE!!!!!!

Vince, you are such wonderful lawyer, please take care of your health (cough). I really appreciate your videos but more want your cough be cured. Health is the most important and I think we could wait without some videos for a while. If your cough is cured or better, I could feel more assured you could continue doing the amazing nice things. I had been coughed for a while too. After completely resting for about a month, I got better. Really hope your cough will go away and recover 🙏

Vince I have a question I’d like to hear your take on but don’t feel comfortable putting it in the comment section because of what’s going on. Is there a more secure private way to ask you? Thank you, Concerned

Vince, love your videos, very informative and your candor is spot on! Curious on your thoughts regarding a case I’m currently involved in as a whistleblower with the dept of defense as a civilian contractor (non federal employee). I’m currently experiencing what I believe to be retaliation (per definition of targeted personnel adverse actions under the WPA) from a recent federal offense I blew the whistle on to the DoD purported by my supervisor in mishandling CUI data while on the job and after hours (with undeniable photographic proof of the incident occurring). Within days of the incident, the supervisor in question and management team have resulted in asking me if I would “like to transfer” to stop myself from causing “problems”, have taken me off extra duties that I have been managing for over 2 years, and are currently reported to have been planning on rescheduling my work schedule to longer hours in an attempt to push me to quit. All of this strictly derivative of my whistleblowing about a month ago to date, and my work ethic and history have been stellar (recorded in my last two years of annual employee evals). Short of termination at this time (as that is typically the pivot point for WPA civil cases ofcourse), do you feel that these adverse circumstances present a viable civil case? Thanks and keep up the great work and insight my friend!

I have a question! What the hell is the EEOC realistically doing 8 months into a charge of discrimination?
@jsegura5254 ай бұрын
I understand that the EEOC is understaffed and overburdened, but it would be great if the investigator gave a realistic timeline. For instance saying, "your investigation will be concluded by xx/xx/xxxx date". So that the complaintant is not left in the dark.
@Tech-ft5er4 ай бұрын
If the investigator requests documents or information how are these employers allowed to take months to respond to RFIs?
@jsegura5254 ай бұрын
@@Tech-ft5er there should be time limit for both sides to submit requested documents/information/answers.

Hey Vince, Can an Attorney drop your case and still keep a lien on damages?
@traemorris3944 ай бұрын
If the attorney drops your case deciding no longer to represent you, he's walking away from any compensation you could be awarded, especially if the attorney steps away before there's any tangible settlement agreement!!!
@lostinawareness79794 ай бұрын
The lien your old attorney puts on the case comes out of the new lawyers fee anyway so it doesn't matter if you hire a new lawyer. You can't be charged multiple lawyer fees

I think you can improve upon some of the video content. Sometimes it appears or feels like rambling for long period of time. I think it would be cooler if you mentioned specific laws or something to make it more educational. Maybe even adding some stuff for people to read on their own time would be cool. That would make the channel more educational and less like a vlog.

Some good ideas, but you never have presented this video. Have more respect for your viewers. Your coughing is disturbing. You should have reshot this WITHOUT coughing. It was truly cringe worthy.

Hey Vince. I recently signed a retainer agreement 10 days ago and 5 days ago one of your attorneys sent an intent to sue letter to my company. Today I get an email saying that y’all will only help me through the EEOC process and that’s it. I would love it if you can explain to me why. Regardless love your videos and love what you are doing to help people. Thanks 👍
