Hello, I commented on a recent video of yours, and this one just showed up on my timeline. Can you please give your opinion on what $ I should put in the complaint for federal & state law? I’m currently pro se. I experienced 5exual har@ssment, retaliation, r@cism, and disability discrimination from May 2020- November 2020, and was moved around despite not wanting to be. And disability accommodation was ignored. The 5sexual harassment was from managers and employees such as using certain keywords that are inappropriate, gossiping and spreading rumors about me. And holding standards to me that others did not have to follow? I also suffered mental and emotional distress that led to physical pain. I’m going to submit the complaint today. 🌞

Great info, but in California, how in does one find an attorney with sufficient huevos to take on corrupt dishonest law enforcement? Discriminated against in hiring by several nearby agencies. California's Civil Rights Department and EEOC both pretty much sabotaged my cases without even reviewing the rebuttals. Basically, I'm ranked 1st after testing, have decades of experience and a clean background most recently at a nuclear weapons lab with security clearance. Panicked at the possibility of hiring someone who could actually do the job and outshine all their diversity hires, background investigators were then tasked with contorting the facts, lying, falsifying/fabricating red flags in my background that never happened to disqualify me. Calif's CRD did take punitive action against one department and the Police Chief was removed. But both the CRD and EEOC are afraid to take on elected Sheriff's even when their position statements contained more than 40 lies/misrepresentation/defamation etc etc. If I had $600,000 laying around I'm sure I could find an attorney to bankrupt both those S/O's but nobody will take it on contingency. I have a theory, but it isn't pretty. Now the statute of limitations may have run out, but because I did file complaints I'm now blacklisted and may never be able to get hired in public safety ever again. I guess I'm the new Rosa Parks.

So I have decided to file Pro Se and ask for an extension to be given more time to find an attorney. On the complaint form, it states the amount I feel I’m owed. How do I go about choosing an amount when there are multiple charges filed? I was gonna to total up the state and federal estimate of those specific charges, but I know every case is different, so I don’t want to choose an amount that’s smaller than what I can get.

Is it best to stand firm with your proposal than making a new proposal especially if you know your proposal is fair? I believe the company wants to protect its reputation but they're offering me a low amount.

How long and how many times times do I have to keep reaching out to my attorney before I *****. Asked him to settle case 6months ago and still waiting to hear back from him. I have contacted him a couple of times and he’s said I’ll get back to you. Last time was 2 months ago.

Case scenario: is TUITION a payable damage Employer is a university, employee is seeking accommodation for well documented learning disability and worsening health issue. This is a temporary work assignment paid by stipend, granted to high achieving minority students CURRENTLY enrolled in undergraduate degree programs in colleges WHEREIN a requirement for position is documented intent to pursue a graduate degree. QUESTION: can a plaintiff be awarded tuition reimbursement damages in a federal lawsuit as being employed under the requirements of pursuing a graduate (post bacc-post “doc” PhD //MD) Question 2: public universities are (?) federal contractors, should they (plaintiff) make complaint with OFCCP? Question 3: is an emotional damage claim difficult to obtain from federal contractor who has (allegedly ) committed employment discrimination and how do emotional damages how do those (emotional damages) correlate with mental harm? T w : indignant rant As the disgruntled local . But if they did not follow a single line of their own anti-discrimination policy especially within a program that is geared for minorities , in a further specific “mission” to implement … enhance .. productivity within individual facility serving historically underrepresented persons why would plaintiff proceed to go tens of thousands of hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt in at a university that cannot follow its own policy within a program that that said policy was put in place to protect. And what the heck are they supposed to if they are hypothetically tied to the city by their (late) parent’s home until probate can be settled all high and dry with no university in a commutable distance 5 months prior to the completion of their preliminary transfer degree 😒

I think I comprehended all this, I know this is Mr.Peterson and if so I had tickets to see you in WV in Febuary I think and the venue didn’t pass inspection. I was devastated. I know Mr.Petersons language I can hear it even in text. Mr.Peterson understands me like a piece of cake. He even asked me about my EEOC case. I could be wrong this is Mr.Peterson but who knows. Mr.Peterson promised me something and said he always keeps his promises.

I’ve heard that can mean your charge didn’t go to the correct person or department. I know when I put in my employers information there were multiple listings with different addresses because they have different locations. Your paystub should have your payrolls accounting / EIN info

You need to reach out to your investigator and asks was an extension granted for them. If, not what are the next steps and how can you use their late position statement to your advantage. I read somewhere but idk if it’s accurate, that a late position statement is also a form of retaliation. Unless they were granted an extension

@@devin7962 Yes, I’m aware that late position statements are a form of retaliation. Thats why I’m asking Vince his thoughts. This is coming off condescending in text but I really appreciate the input. I never thought to ask the investigator about it. Because. 6 months is abnormal. 2-3 months makes sense. Like I understand he has multiple restaurants. But that doesn’t matter as one of them would have received the charge. So it doesn’t take 6 months to respond.

Labor and employment roundup for the week ending November 8, 2019. I would like to put the dispute, but evidentially her shadow's imprint cast in the closet of her apartment. Idaho property management firm settles EEOC disability bias suit for $22,500. A Boise, Idaho-based property management company has agreed to pay $22,500 in back pay and compensatory damages to a woman it allegedly fired two days into her job because of prescription medication she took, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has announced. The agency said it investigated Kayla Cammack’s disability bias charge and found Verity Property Management Inc. was so impressed with her when she applied for an administrative assistant job that the company offered her a leasing agent position instead. However, it fired her after learning of medication she took for an undisclosed condition, citing common side effects and concern over her ability to do the job, the agency said. Verity agreed to pay Cammack under a consent decree resolving a lawsuit the EEOC filed in August in federal court, alleging the company violated the Americans with Disabilities Act. Read more: 2019 WL 5692173 and 2019 WL 5799745, this statue softened it up a bit, but weird.

My attorney told me school districts are cheap and I probably won't receive much. I somehow feel low balled by my own representation. I have a great case that's about to settle and I deserve better than what my lawyer stated. That's why I asked the previous question

I just subscribed already like your personality and content Can you explain if you have pending court violations on a property under LLC and you would like to transfer the LLC to the sole owners name when you do that, will the violations be transfered to the owner and can they be addressed as the owner individual or would it still be on the LLC the reason for this is as LLC you cannot represent yourself in court. But as an individual you can represent. can you please specify in detail if this is possible and what will be done allowed by the courts? This is New York state

I am in the same situation. I declined my settlement. What is next when my case is with EEOC. I do not have an attorney. I was surprised in my meeting they did not have any of the information I supplied for us to go over. This is the reason I declined it. When do I have a chance to present my documentation or do I let the investigator do it on his own when he investigates? Will I get another change to settle and re discus before investigation?
