I placed my 1st order w/Jobeky last week and I wanted to customize my order. Jane quickly responded and accommodated me. I can't wait to receive my order :) I love great companies!!!

I just got confirmation that my triggers, heads, and LV cymbals for my A2E were shipped this morning and I'm so excited! Jane has been SO lovely in her communication. I admit I had a moment of impatience and wrote a comment like you mentioned, but Jane responded and I realized how much of a stupid diva I sounded like so I deleted my comment. Jane has been amazingly patient with answering like 20 questions for me and even switching out the brass real feel cymbals to the low volume ones on my order. I know the products are gonna be incredible, and the customer service is top tier. Can't say enough nice things about my communicate with Jobeky.

Hey Ty... 🙂😉 mate that’s so nice of you. Don’t take me wrong as my comment on my video isn’t an attack on anyone, but more of a little side note as they really are a family business, not a multi million dollar worldwide corporation. They are incredible people that really make incredible products.

Jobeky is super helpful and produces exceptional products. Was a Roland customer for years. I just tried out Jobeky triggers and was thrilled with the product and the customer service. I will never buy another Roland product again.

Hi there. I was in the same boat as you and ended up selling a TD-50 in order to fund my Mimic Pro module. and the A2E conversion. Can’t say I regret it to be honest. Love their low volume cymbals as they feel more like playing a real cymbal, love their 3 ply mesh heads and their triggers. All in all, a win/win situation for me 👍🏻🤘🏻🥁

Where did you buy your triple ply bass head? I also have an 18” kick

Hello Keith. I got mine from Drum-Tec.

These look great. I want to order these and emailed them but haven't heard back (I'm patient so no rush) . I have a strike module. It says that the 3 zone ride only works for roland modules. That is odd because I currently use a roland ride and it works fine with the strike. I assumed it would be the same thing but maybe there is something i don't know
@paulocardosodrums3 жыл бұрын
They are superb, really pleased with them and the way they just simply work
@paulocardosodrums3 жыл бұрын
When did you emailed them? Asking as they have had an issue while their web host moved servers. Just in case, email them again.

@@paulocardosodrums 3 days ago. I am thinking I am just going to order them and deal with the ride when I get it. I think it should work. Everything Roland works with my strike module. All of the cymbals, triggers, etc are roland and its fine. I think at the very least its 2 zones and i can just assign a bell somewhere else if i need it
@vampirelogic3 жыл бұрын
@@paulocardosodrums FYI they responded. Said it is the way the bell is setup with rolands. However, they have a customer who got it working with the stike, and also they may have a solution for it soon where they can sell a working 3 zone ride for the stike as well. Either way, I can just order it as is or wait. If as is now, I may be able to get it working, or if not, like I said, just set the bell to something else.

Have any of the cymbal triggers broken?
@paulocardosodrums3 жыл бұрын
After well over a year and even using them live….. no
@paulocardosodrums3 жыл бұрын
But I’ll tell you what…. The reason why I ended up with these, was due to several issues with self chocking on Roland CY pads…. 12, 13 and 15

Do the low volume cymbals rough up your sticks

You said you were gonna say something about the 2 piece hi hats but I don't remember you getting around to that. Do you prefer the 2 piece or 1 piece set up on the Jobeky hats? I ordered just a standard 3 set LV cymbal pack which comes with the 1 piece hi hats, but I have my eyes on the 2 piece hats as a potential upgrade and then I could use that 1 piece hat as a 14 inch crash. Do you see the 2 piece hi hats as better/an upgrade?
@paulocardosodrums3 жыл бұрын
Going to do a small video just focusing on the hi hat. It works fine both ways although there has to be some adjustments in the settings on the module. But feels great either way.

Hello there. Thanks for the review. I have 2 questions: Are they spinning much? And if so, is there a way to stop them? Because heav spinning would be a deal breaker for me.
@paulocardosodrums2 жыл бұрын
Hello Tobal. They used to spin a little bit but never really stopped me from playing. But now, @jobekydrums have come up with an anti spin stopper so all good.

And do your cymbals rotate? And if so, how do you prevent that from happening
@paulocardosodrums3 жыл бұрын
Hello Xavs. Every so often they move slightly, but nothing that will ever prevent me from playing or getting the sound out of them. A very quick swipe, sometimes just with the stick, and they are back to their position.

How durable are these cymbals Paulo? I’m trying to convince my drummer (wedding band) to get on board with these. He’s notorious for being a hard hitter.

Hi Tim. I’m now a heavy hitter but am not soft either. Use them to record, use them live and they are still going strong.

I was actually waiting to hear an actual review with the triggered sounds, so much talking....
@paulocardosodrums2 жыл бұрын
@LaloSampieri there are other videos, in which I am still using the Jobeky cymbals, and you will listen to the triggered sounds. The sounds you will hear are being triggered from the module I use which is the Pearl Mimic Pro, which contains Steven Slate Drums samples inside.
