2:18 This is one of the best starting scenes in the movie. It not only shows how the wildlife mistreats Roz, but also how Roz's obliviousness causes harm to them (when Roz catapults all the raccoons with a tree), establishing one of the main conflicts in the movie. The suspense and sounds are also just stellar

But that’s the point of the film. It’s meant to be an exploration of the existential themes of consciousness and what it means to not only raise a child by gain more of an awareness for the world beyond your programming. And being able to truly cultivate an identity of your own despite having no real references to who you really are. Importantly, about the relationship between Roz and Brightbill. And about cultivating a connection that goes beyond just the robots programming then said into something deeper. As well as the ups and downs of raising a child that isn’t yours. The film isn’t meant to be an easy watches meant challenge the viewer in to questioning what it means to love and what it means to be conscious or the process of developing a consciousness and an individual that is unlike any other. just because it’s an animated film does not mean that it’s a kids film. But I feel like kids and parents should see this film because I think it messages are much too important and relevant in today’s climate.
