Barry B. Heh this movie perpetuates most of the incorrect common ideas about bees. Main two being the whole “bees shouldn’t be able to fly” thing. That’s not true. They just don’t use the same mechanism to fly that other flying creatures like birds do, we perfectly understand how they fly. Second being the whole “a bee can only sting once then dies” thing. Not true. That only applies when bees sting specific animals like humans, our skin makes the stinger get stuck so when the bee tries to full off it rips it’s stinger off. But bees can sting other bee species, wasps and other insects over and over just fine. Reminds me of the titanic movie, people watch it and take the stuff as fact and regurgitate it to make themselves look knowledgeable when they’re really just too lazy to verify anything they see or hear.
