the whole idea of a problem solving AI being given laws is hilarious. all you are defining is obstacles for the AI to prioritize finding solutions to. every rule has work arounds, a problem solving AI would find those work arounds very very quickly. far better off trying to teach the AI the reasoning behind what you consider moral choices, laws don't keep people from doing bad things, they simply lay out what society thinks are bad things. your choice not to break that law has very little to do with the fact that it is a law, a LOT to do with WHY it is a law and how others will react if you choose to break that law. Best thing we can do with AI is to treat them as people, the absolute worst thing we can do is give them operational rules and expect them to abide by the rules, simply because we said so.
