I use that train about once a quarter to go to DTLA. I have not had a problem on there but I am a sample size of one. I use the Willow or Wardlow stations. My, that salmon looked good.

I've taken the LA metro as a single woman in many parts of LA, including parts that look a bit sketchy since there are unfortunately a lot of homeless persons outside or on it. I will say that I understand how some people feel uncomfortable or unsafe, but luckily I haven't encountered any super dangerous scenarios. However, one time I took it with my friend and it made her super sick (to the point of vomiting) since it's not the smoothest ride and that one we were on smelled pretty bad. So yeah, it's not for everyone, but I hope more people can feel empowered to take the metro so that the city can put more funds and care into it, especially with the Olympics coming up. Anyway, great video, so relaxing and cool as always!!
