I appreciate these videos. But that first 16 minutes was really convoluted for what could just be said - Monica has an account in the on-prem AD, and if you add her manually in 365 Admin Centre, they are not the same person. They are separate accounts. This video will show you how you sync your on-prem AD accounts to 365 so that the on-site user account is unified with the 365 cloud mail account.
