Hello Mam, please guide me I done mba in finance from distance college but don't get any job coz I hadn't done it from top tier college interviewers rejecting in first round after getting know I hadn't done my MBA from top tier college also I don't have skills and experience in the company. What should I do now please guide me 🙏. Parents forcing me to do job as we are suffering from financial problem too. Also whenever I try to explain these things to my parents they think my communication is poor or I'm just making excuses. I can't afford long term course as it will take time and I can't sit idle at home otherwise parents again yell at me. So my plan is to do some short term courses and first get the job and while doing job I can do long term course so that I gain more knowledge if you want to give some tips so please guide me or if you can make another video on KZbin for this topic it will be really helpful for others too. 🙏

Having an interest in finance is great, but remember, it's a long road. Simply completing an MBA in Finance might not be enough to secure a job immediately. A better approach would be to start with some certifications, like the CFA, and gain some experience in finance before pursuing an MBA. This is especially important because your background is different, and you'll need to make it relevant to the field. Additionally, if you're concerned that a B.Sc. in Nursing might not offer you the opportunities you desire, keep in mind that there is a global demand for nurses. Many countries are actively seeking to recruit nurses and are willing to support your migration. So, it's definitely worth considering. Hope It was of any help!

As you suggest in this video that those who are from different background and wanted to get into MBA in finance domain before going for MBA one should first take relevant experience in that domain even if its entry level but what if he or she does not get any finance profile job not even an entry level moreover he or she is done BBA and her age is 25. Dekho mai ase college to nhi suggest kar sakti, but I would suggest that work a bit more and try to do better in your professional life first then go for an MBA, since you have worked in Customer support now try to move up to the operational side and work there for a while, nhi to ase me karoge to MBA ke baad kya job karoge ye socho first. That’s good, but please don’t jump straight into an MBA after graduation. Try to first get a job in finance, even if it’s an entry-level position. Pursue certification courses like the CFA, or whichever interests you. Remember, you need to build your profile.

Working in project management is great. If you’re considering an MBA while working, pursuing it online could be a good option. However, if you want to do a full-time MBA, look for a reputable college with a strong placement record and speak with their alumni before making a decision. Also you can make your career in project management too, by doing some certification in that field.

You can say that you worked on some skills while you were helping your father (vo skills abhi develop kro thoda double kaam Krna pdega but gap ka kuch show Krna h). They just want to know k apne time waste toh nhi kra so like just develop some skills so that app bata sko vo 3 saal mai kya kuch kra. Also helping your Father is okay you can say that too but thoda kuch aur chize b add krlo. Besides yeh part end pe ayega prepare for CAT as of now.

Being a 2022 pass-out B.E Mech. Grad. student and Having an interest in Analytics, and not being able to find a Job in that particular field, after a course certification. Right now, as the opportunity came to my door I'll be starting my new journey in the F&O field as a Trainee only, which is related to my Mechanical Graduation Degree. As my salary is less, and I am not doing the job that interests me, I am confused about whether to continue the job and study for an MBA entrance and do an MBA in Business Analytics, to pursue the career in which I am interested or do some certifications which could help me get a Job in Analytics and then after some work exp. If I want to enhance my salary and my career growth I should Opt for the MBA. In your case study plus mba entrance prep sounds good, if by any case you can't crack any good B-school then go for the online MBA option, however don't leave job you mustn't create gap before deciding anything.
