Judy Martin Nothing would have ever happened if Travis had been the person he portrayed himself to be to his church. When you are physically, mentally abused it gets to a point where you can't take anymore. I truly believe that day when Jodi dropped the camera and Travis came at her, it was not going to turn out good well, it was either Jodi or Travis. Travis caused his own death by his actions. I'm sure Jodi has asked God for forgiveness, and that is all that is required. One day she will walk free, I will always support her and glad that I can be called her friend.

There is no missing time on the photo frames and no attack scene, it could not have happened.-- frame at 5:20 he has water coming down his face and 2 sec later his back is turned and 3 sec later he is on the floor of the shower. In order for him to attack her he would have had to get out of the shower-attack her and then go back into the shower in less than 3 seconds. NO WAY IN HELL--IT NEVER HAPPENED.

Jodi Arias Supporter Wrong, on all counts. There's not ONE shred of proof TA ever looked at child porn. McGee described porn he'd seen on the Bishop's computer to Geffner. Telling that he didn't include this detail in his affidavit. Nor was it found by any technician. If McGee can describe child porn to that degree, the only one guilty of looking at it is him. Her shit is endless. Verbal abuse on 1 email and text, and sure, he called her a whore, the worst thing that ever happened to him, a sociopath. He was right, wasn't he. Be interesting to read all of Jodi's mails/texts that were ruled too prejudicial against her to be allowed in. She was all he said and more. I think we'll find out she also stole money from his Bank, Banker wasn't allowed to testify - also too prejudicial . Quote me on that. She has a nice voice. I'm not a biased supporter or a biased hater either. I tend to believe, as the jury foreman had, that she received emotional and verbal abuse at Travis's hands. No it does not mean she should have killed him, but to me it's a mitigating factor when it comes to sentencing. I know something wrong went on with the medical examiner simply because the report contradicts his testimony. And the report, furthermore, stated that the membrane around the brain was intact...therefore no bullet passed through the brain. Yes, I do think it probable that Dr. Horn was pressured to change his story for testimony. Yes there seem to be premeditation aspects but there's a lot that doesn't add up at the same time, and so I don't think this is as clear as most of you who hate her think it is. I suggest that the bullet was shot FIRST and it did not go through the brain, and so he wasn't incapacitated, and at that point he went for her and that's when he said "f.ing kill you bitch". and then the stab wounds were a result of the fight that ensued..I suggest she stabbed him in the front as he was coming at her and that's why he had defensive wounds on his hands, and then somehow she got behind him and stabbed him and then slit his throat. But I do think the stab wounds and throat wound happened because he was coming at her to try and kill her because she'd shot him. Yes she shot him, and she deserves prison time for it, but it wasn't the excessively cruel crime that the prosecutor portrayed. At the point of the knife wounds, he was probably trying to kill her. Which would be understandable since she'd shot him. The other possibility is it was really self-defense. I don't know how it could have been though because of the rental car, gun, license plates, gas cans scenario. So I'm guessing there's a lot we don't know, and so I'm surprised that everyone just simply hates her. I don't hate her. Sure I hate that she killed Travis....I hate that it happened, but I don't hate Jodi Arias. And she has a nice singing voice and she's a great artist. I do like Jennifer Willmott's closing; can a person have value despite their worst act? Yes, I think so. No death penalty in my opinion. Maybe prison. Or maybe the trial was so full of prosecutorial misconduct that she does deserve a retrial. They did erase many, many files from the computer and that would be grounds for a mistrial. So would Dr. Horn's inconsistencies I think.

Travis didn't deserved to die, but there was some abuse from his side, and I believe that Jodi with all that publicity and Nancy Grace and other talking heads didn't get fair trial. But if people were allowed to kill everyone who did those things, the population would be reduced at least by a third! So, no we aren't allowed to kill people even when we think they stink because they're abusive. But it sure is a mitigating factor because we just don't know everything that happened. I wish I were a fly on the wall so I could know exactly what happened. Everyone who hates her, well that just boggles my mind. It is just too easy; it's a lazy brain way of thinking. They just believe what they've been fed by the prosecution without a single question mark. Well I can find a million questions!!!
