When she's swivels around in the chair on the witness stand what that actually is, is a self-soothing motion. It's part of reading body language. Just as equivalent to when people Rock back and forth on the witness stand are they nod their head up and down so slightly, it's the brain trying to self-soothe. Also every time she was asked a question by her own attorneys she was told by her attorneys that when she answers to turn an answer to the jury that is done in a attempt to connect with the jury to gain sympathy as one would do human to human. She should have never got on that witness stand, and her attorney are the longest time I thought his name was Bert and Ernie. Tell fine I just had to keep rewinding to find out it was Kurt Nurmi. And I don't even know if that's still correct. But in his closing did the jury telling the jury that he doesn't like his client nine times out of ten and that it's not about whether you think Jodi is a "slut or a whore"if she's guilty of anything it's guilty of manslaughter what kind of attorney is that!!!!! what an idiot!!!!!

prchix I am so sick of seeing these stupid comments.. There was ZERO corroborative evidence in the Casey Anthony case! All the circumstantial evidence was far below what one would use to reach reasonable doubt! They couldn’t even state the manner of death! People need to understand the law, juan wouldn’t have been able to do anything regarding the same set of circumstances! Casey was at least smart enough to not take the stand, nor can the court make you do so! You cant just convict someone because they act guilty! Do i think Casey did it, of course! However, there was no concrete evidence proving so! That is why the jury had to vote in her favor! With Jodi, there was OVERWHELMING evidence & an admission of guilt! Juan is great at his job, but he had huge help from the defendant! Jodi arias’s immaturity, ignorance, tall tales & stupidity, sent herself to prison for life! I work in law everyday, it doesn’t matter who does what, the law is the law!

@Jennifer G The truth is, none of you know the outcome that could have been achieved if Martinez was the prosecutor in the Casey Anthony case. He very well may have pulled it off. Circumstantial evidence is no less valuable than direct evidence, as long as all the pieces fit together - and they did in the Anthony case. She should have been found guilty with the evidence they had. The problem is, she had a fantastic defence lawyer in Jose Biaz, and she got off. I would love to have seen Juan Martinez take him on.

The gunshot WAS after the stabbing. That's been proven. The shell casing landed ON TOP of a congealed pool of blood...and didn't roll, it got suck on top.
