TheIllegalalienfool Yes. Memory loss isn't picky about what you lose. "Oh, I remember this little thing of the event, but I don't remember that thing". That's simply not how it works. And it's quite clear that she remembers absolutely everything. When she was sentenced she admitted to him being alive while she slit his throat, she admits to shooting him and in her two ninjas story about Travis "crawling on all fours" and the female ninja stabbing him - that's her.

This is the day that Juan ripped apart her whole story of Travis attacking her. Her whole grand chase through the bathroom, closet and then the shooting plus 27 stab wounds and a cut throat all happened in 62 seconds? What an absolute farce. She remembers every second of what happened that night. That’s why she lied over and over and over. It’s clear travis was in the shower totally oblivious when she launched her attack. She’s pissed with Flores and Juan at sentencing because Flores told her that travis had been shot first. It wasn’t until she got to trial and had already crafted her story, that the medical examiner testified the gunshot came last. She later says at sentencing that the gunshot came first not last just like the state and Flores testified to before they “changed their story” for trial. Yeah I’m going to believe Jodi the most pathological and proven liar ever over a seasoned medical examiner. We all know what happened in that bathroom, the evidence is replete to the point that’s it’s easy to picture exactly what she did and how.

She stated in her 48 hour interview that only she and Travis knew what was going on behind closed bedroom doors. She believes that she is the only living person that knows the truth about what happened that day and she is free to tell whatever story she likes. She forgets about the evidence, the photos and that Travis had defensive wounds to his hands. That means he was alive while she was stabbing him. All of the stab wounds, including the slit to the throat was before death. I think that she used the gun afterwards to make it look like there was more than one attacker involved.

@Spooks 95 but the medical examiner told that the gunshot wound would render the victim incapacitated, so it can't be the first but then maybe he woke up after a while. But why not shoot him second time if he started attacking .
@weeshirley5934
@weeshirley5934 3 жыл бұрын
@allezzthepunk The medical examiner was a prosecution witness, and the prosecution’s angle at this time was that the gunshot came last, as they knew Jodi was going for self-defence.. Even Flores initially testified that he thought the gunshot came first and then changed it. It was only a .25, a small caliber gun - there is no way that Travis would have been incapacitated straight away, but he would have been stunned. I think either the gun jammed for the 2nd shot or she had a knife with her and started stabbing - either way, I think she got him sitting on the floor of the shower, she was admittedly crouching taking pics, and she shot him from very close. Travis got out of the shower where she continued to stab him.. just my opinion based on what I’ve learned abt the case. Rest In Peace Travis and God bless the Alexander Family x

@@ericcartman9041 Insanity is not a psychiatric word its a legal word.Thus ppl have to be found Insane at the time of their crime. A person may have a psychiatric diagnosis but still not be insane at the time of the crime.Conversely a person may not have a psychiatric diagnosis but be found insane at the time of the crime. Ofcourse there can be both (Andrea Yates is a good example) There was 5 yrs w ms arias before she came to trial in those yrs she was examined by forensic psychiatrists & others, she was thoroughly tested. She was not found to be insane at the time of the crime, beforehand or afterwards.She planned this crime at great length, she inveigled her way into travis house, she had voluntary intimate relations w him, she set up a photo shoot which is something theyd "do", he was well into his comfort zones w her taking photos, he knew they deleted what they didn't want kept, this kept on as he had a shower, this shows planning, she positioned him to get the advantage on him & she attacked,3 stabs to the front & she'd stab him 24 more times after he left the shower, the evidence shows he stood over his wash basin & bled then left the bathroom.She pursued, dragged him back & cut his throat w a 6x 4 " gash, then shot him, he was already dead however. She then manipulated him back into the shower, concealed evidence at the crime scene, & left. We know she drove to a prospective lovers home & just continued her life & began to lie.We know she lied repeatedly, that she denied being there vociferously, then after learning some details of the crime scene, altered her story substantially to include the details of which she knew about the crime scene (the 2 ninja's), summoned the press, shared with the world the "Events" of that day & , actually changed her story then too without knowing it then after 2 yrs or so confessed to the crime, that she was there, she did it but it was self defense. All of this speaks to her knowing exactly what she did, she even wrote "a short & sweet letter to the Alexanders" that was not short & sweet, it was 18 pages long.All of this separately & collectively speaks to her knowing exactly what she did, that it was premeditated, that it was wrong, that she knew beforehand & afterwards that she'd be in trouble. Most of all could not be found to be insane at the time of the crime, nor before it, nor afterwards.She was not insane. listening to the details of the crime, of course we believe she would have to be mad, we know we wouldn't do it unless we were.But Jodi Arias falls into a group of ppl that are bad not mad. The USA is quite good at not sending ppl to prison if theyre mentally unwell, as with Andrea Yates, she was treated & treated very well. Both of these situations are tragic, but for very different reasons.Ted Bundy, Jeffrey dammer ,Gary ridgeway & others are all ppl that fall into the bad not mad category

Yeah that is what baffles me...Although its not right, but people who kill kinda regret it after or show some sense of remorse...Not Jodi, Travis is dead so now she is trying to get to his family and Juan Martinez for prosecuting her....This woman is very dangerous, and I feel with an attitude like she is portraying now, if given the chance and she ever gets out, she'll do it again...Maybe not right away, but if someone pisses her off, she will kill again...Like she said in one of her interviews after she was found guilty when she was asked "if you ever get out should people be afraid of Jodi Arias' and her answer was "if you are not threatening my life, or trying to kill me then no you have no fear"...Right there said it all...A normal person would say no there is no fear, I would do things differently then take the law into my own hands, but she stated and I am paraphrasing here is "you don't hurt her, you have nothing to fear...You do hurt her, fear for your life is what I got from her statement to the media.

I'm loving Martinez right now. He's waited like a patient lioness (bad analogy) for her to absolutely commit herself to her version of events then pounces with the photographic evidence and the time stamps on them. At the 14 minute point he starts to show how impossible and implausible her story really is. It's absolutely brilliantly done. We're at Day 30 and he's been patiently laying the groundwork for this trap and he's finally, slowly, impatiently yet stubbornly getting to checkmate with her! He's got her on the ropes and she's hating him but can't show it!

The judge should NOT be sustaining all the defence objections. Arias is being deliberately obtuse and virtually non-responsive to Martinez' questions She should be made to answer them with something more than "I don't know", "I don't know how to answer that question"....it's ridiculous that she can get away with that. How many times have I wanted to strangle her for that tactic? It's something she has down to a fine art and she shouldn't be allowed to do it!

I’ll say it again...she made a huge mistake in choosing to act this way with the prosecutor, it completely negates all her testimony about being abused by Travis...and show everyone her evil, smartass, love of word play and she is getting off on this whole battle with Martinez. She thinks she is frazzling him but he is getting exactly what he wants....showing the jury her true ability to defend herself.

Outrageous what she's getting away with. Outrageous that this judge doesn't instruct her on answering questions without playing games. 'That was 2 questions.' ? That's allowed in a courtroom? She looks at the jury to answer as though they share her frustration with this silly line of questioning? You know the trials are over now and Martinez has gotten the very most possible - he got a premeditated murder conviction and no mitigating basis for any consideration for her natural life. But he had to work his heart out for what we may have seen was obvious, but he couldn't take that chance. That man never stopped, and I am so grateful for his passion in putting her away. Look at what he had to endure ....jokes on you arias. Nobody on this jury believed one word out of your mouth. They just decided to let you live. If you call that living ...

finally someone who can see this trial was a joke. ARias IS AS GUILTY as sin and deserves to go to prison for life , but ARias's counsel was clearly incompetent. Arias was not prepared correctly to face cross examination. the Judge allowed martinez to repeatedly harass Arias. yep, Arias spoke over objections many many times. why did Arias's counsel repeatedly put her on the stand? its now that we find out Martinez is a sleazy crook and sexual harasser. Martinez was not fit to be prosecutor. Arias's counsel did NOTHING really to stop Martinez harassing her and repeatedly leading her and hararssing her. as i said, ,arias is guilty, but this wasnt a fair trial and it was not conducted competently. with a Judge like that, and Arias repeatedly incriminating herself and her stupid useless excuse for a Counsel she had no chance. why this even went to trial i dont really understand.

The last picture of Travis is when he was sitting down. The expression on his face, his eyes, were one of fear. Something was about to happen. While he was still sitting, Jodi stabbed Travis after she dropped the camera? Travis manage to get out of the shower stagger to the sink. She still is stabbing him.....the fog rolls in.......She do not remember the rest because it is premeditated murder. Fog is a lie and self serving. Now she need not explain the 27 stabs, throat slashing, gun shot to the head, and the stomping of his legs, feet etc.. It's lost in the fog for years and years. Yet when she made her statement at sentencing, she remembered that Travis was conscience when she slit his throat and said he was still attacking her. Did the fog just disappear? No. It was only safe now, for Jodi to speak, because the death sentence is moot. She wanted to hurt the Alexander family even more. It should have been a death sentence. 27:29 another genius move on JM - as he knows exactly why Jodi continually corrects anyone who gets the sequence of events wrong' with Travis's alleged statement 'fucking kill you bitch' - it's obvious she has been advised what constitutes the right to use lethal force in self defense - if she had said that Travis threatened her life while they were still struggling on the floor and that she had managed to break away from him and that threat, ... it appears that threat is now over - , she stress's her point that he made the threat after she broke away ... to make it appear that she still felt her life was in danger (oh God, i am rambling on like Jodi now lol) ...... when JM has her repeat something she said it is not because he didn't hear her the first time ... he is ever so cleverly 'highlighting' these statements/lies for the judge and the jury

I wonder if she didn't have the gun on Travis during the entire photo shoot in the shower. Remember, she said he needed "Convincing"? Could that "Convincing" be with the gun on him? I just do not believe Travis knew she was coming there June 4.

This is the greatest job by Juan Martinez. Absolutely brilliant. If you've missed the last 39 minutes from day 29, you might want to watch that to see how he leads her and this inept defense lawyer right into a trap that eventually gobbles up even the snuggest of liars. The liar and her puppet. A rather large puppet but I'm so surprised the level at which this lawyer will sink and still nobody at home tells him 'she's not worth it... Why are you wrecking your career? Over this monster?' Ungrateful wretch of a monster too as we soon learn when she refuses to honor him with an acknowledgement at the commencement of retrial ... Poor misguided Nurmi. What a fool to have not just accepted this case but to have vigorously pursued a line of defense that attempted to tear this victim apart yet. 4th time. And a 5th and a 6th time. Is that his job for real? No dignity huh? Omg and now she's implying that she's been told what to say-- that she really didn't want to being all these lies I mean stuff out but she's just answering the questions. She's actually throwing him under the Bus by saying 'not my idea. A rather large bump made when Nurmi lies under a bus. But she's throwing herself under the bus because he's not on trial. He may never be a part of one again but that's not quite the same thing as what she's facing. A fool and his integrity will always part ways... But here's where Martinez knows his stuff. And she's met her match.

The worm has been disbarred. Saw him in a 5 part interview with Monica Lewinsky and it was disgusting. He basically said his only job was to keep Arias from death. But he was perfectly fine with trashing Travis's name and allowing all the lies. In the trial he seemed to love the lies about sex and Travis supposedly being a pedophile. I really hate this man. And I loathe Arias and all her damn lies. The Arias side of the trial was so unprofessional while the Alexander side was respectful,decent, calm and so professional. Bless them. This is my 3rd time to watch this trial.

SuperAsh64 Nurmi tried desperately to get off of this case. If he honestly enjoyed it so much......why would he try so hard to get off? He doesn’t have a practice at all. He no longer practices law! He did not like trashing Travis as a peadophile....but, if you know anything about the law, you’d understand that it is Jodi who has the say so on what is said in regards to Travis. Nurmi could not tell her to not say these things. He even left the public defenders office in an attempt to force the court to pass this trial on to another lawyer......but, Jodi wrote a letter to judge Stevens begging to keep him on! I suggest you read his book. Even if you dislike him......you should at least get the other side of the story. No matter how flat a pancake, there’s always two sides. He was, at first, taken in by her claims of letters from Travis admitting he was a peadophile. Until Nurmi realised it was Jodi writing them.....he refused to admit these into evidence. But, he couldn’t stop her claiming he was a peadophile. It was actually willmot who snuggled up to Jodi......treated her like a victim, not Nurmi. He doesn’t believe in the death penalty.....but knew she’d get convicted. Her lies were too elaborate to be believed. He doesn’t represent sex offenders.....in the public defenders office...you don’t choose your cases. They are put on your desk and you deal with them best you can! You can’t just say no!

Also....he even was surprised that Martinez didn’t use the prison phone calls to her mother as evidence as it shows just how evil she is. She would bully her mother for money as she was “fucking starving” lol! Nurmi was astonished these horrific phone calls weren’t used by prosecution. They had access to them. Jodi is a deplorable bitch......and she really should have got the death penalty. But, there are people who don’t agree with it....unfortunately!

Martinez's point was that the camera fell near the shower. He had to travel around the world with Ms. Arias for her to finally agree to that. The jury just like everyone else can see that she is being difficult.

Notice Jodi remembers that Travis veered to the right when he didn't fall on her before or after the gun done went off all by itself. And we'll before she had the presence of mind to shampoo the camera for brighter pictures ? She's annoying beyond words.

If Travis even was able to get one solid shot in at her while defending himself, this would've been an entirely different trial. That is what pisses me off so much about those who believe her bullshit, self defense story. They seem to forget Travis was a 6ft tall 180lb man who was in good shape and was a former high school wrestler and he was also into ufc. Had he attacked Jodi, she is the one who never would've made it away that day. The fact that this bitch only had two small cuts on her hands (from the knife she was using) and walked away, virtually unscathed, goes to show that he had absolutely no idea what was coming for him that day. She clearly got a very good shot in on him by sneak attacking him that was enough to debilitate him enough to the point that he couldn't defend himself in any other way except for blocking her strikes (and he had NUMEROUS defensive wounds to prove it). After being struck for the first time whether he was stabbed first or shot first, it rendered him unable to get good chance to fight her off. If he took one shot at her, she'd probably have a black eye or some other serious bruise somewhere.

I agree! Additionally, I don't know that the jury ever became aware of the fact that Arias also had hidden in yet another rental car she had gotten to "go away", day she was arrested in July 2008, a 9 mm that was so well hidden that the rental car company found it a month after her arrest, but she had the ammo for this 9mm AND 2 Large knives. She mentions the gun in interrogation tapes while trying I think to flirt with Det. Flores. Anyway, I think she is more than capable of offing others.

I just realized. If she claims she didn’t see him bleeding after she shot him and the photo of her dragging his body down the hall happened 1:30 minutes after the last photo in the bathroom was taken, how is her story possible when he is covered in blood in that photo? Obviously, she attacked him with the knife first.
