So it's kinda tricky. Jodi themselves plays it in EADGBD capo 2, but that's not what I did here. I used Capo 4 in standard tuning, and the chords go like this: Am7 -> G7 -> C -> Em -> F -> C/E -> Dm7. Then at the end of the verses it lingers on a G7 into Am7, back into G7. Then the final breakdowns go F -> C/E -> Dm7 -> that little riff that ends in a G chord. If all else fails, just use the chords I mentioned using Capo 4 and rearrange them until they sound right :P
