NSCA level I here . . . Always good to be able to establish a great rapport with the client so as to disarm them and quickly establish a level of trust. This always helps to accelerate the learning curve. Always love your vids Ed !!

A couple of sessions with a good coach works wonders. You quickly move from missing most targets to hitting more than you miss. That's the learning curve and it's mainly mechanics and physiology. When you are consistently hitting 75 - 80% of the targets improvement is a question of fine tuning and more mental than physical.

Just an observation, don't shoot with mechanical automatic watches. They tend to lose jewels etc.
